Our current buying area excludes the town of Windham and Willimantic. The property’s location is what matters; you can reach out even if you live elsewhere and own a house in one of the towns above.
Houses with work ahead are welcome.
We consider deferred maintenance, dated interiors, unfinished renovations, vacant houses, unwanted belongings, and tenant-occupied single-family properties. Major repairs are welcome for review. Each property is evaluated individually for condition, access, project costs, and purchase terms.
If the house is already ready for the retail market, a traditional listing may be a better fit. Our focus is the owner who wants to explore selling a house in its present condition without first managing a renovation.
What a local review looks like.
First, share the street address and town so Brooks can confirm the location. Then describe the work needed and your timing. If a purchase looks possible, Brooks can arrange an appropriate visit and discuss an offer.
For an inherited property, a vacant house, or a rental, mention who can provide access and whether there are belongings or occupants to plan around. We will discuss the details rather than assuming every house follows the same process.
Talk directly with Brooks.
Call or text (860) 251-9186 or send a property inquiry. There is no need to make repairs or clean up before the initial conversation.
