Privacy notice

Updated September 10, 2026

Gagnon Home Buyers is the home acquisition brand of Nineteen Homes LLC. This notice describes the seller inquiry form on this website.

Information you provide

We collect your name, property address, phone number, optional email, selling timeline, and information you choose to share about the property. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account details, or sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to evaluate a potential purchase, contact you about the property, maintain follow-up records, and understand which marketing sources bring inquiries. This form requests permission for phone or email contact about your inquiry; it does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts.

Source tracking and service providers

We store campaign information from links, advertising click identifiers when present, and the referring website’s origin. Session storage remembers the first source during your browser session. Providers hosting this website and its database process information to operate these services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Google Ads measurement

We use the Google tag to measure whether advertising leads to a saved seller inquiry. Google may use cookies, advertising click identifiers, and browser or device information for this measurement. We send a random inquiry reference to prevent duplicate counting; we do not send your form answers, name, phone number, email, or property address in the conversion event. Ad personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry information when we contact you. For privacy requests, email brooksgagnon@gmail.com or call (860) 251-9186. We may need to verify your identity and retain information for transaction records or other applicable obligations.
